ISOBIM is not a separate legal entity; SIMBIM is the operating legal entity and (where applicable) the data controller.

The ISOBIM Readiness Check website is intended to:

• present the ISOBIM Readiness Check, an online self-declared preliminary readiness questionnaire operated by SIMBIM and informed by ISO 19650 concepts;
• allow professional users to complete the questionnaire and receive a non-binding indicative result;
• allow authorised SIMBIM administrators to review submissions internally;
• publish legal, policy and corporate information.

The website is addressed primarily to professional users, organisations and businesses operating in the AECO sector. It is not intended for minors.

Access to this website is, in general, free of charge. Use of the website implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy and the Terms of Use in force at the time of access.
