This notice applies to personal data processed through the ISOBIM Readiness Check, the product/platform operated by SIMBIM at isobim.eu. ISOBIM is not a separate legal entity, controller, certification body, or accredited body.

This notice applies when you:

• visit the ISOBIM Readiness Check website;
• complete the ISOBIM readiness questionnaire;
• submit contact or business details as part of a readiness submission;
• sign in to the internal SIMBIM administrator dashboard, if you are an authorised SIMBIM administrator.

• Users may submit contact and business details as part of the readiness submission.
• Users answer readiness questions.
• The system computes a readiness score, category, blockers, gaps and recommendations from the user's answers.
• Submissions are stored for internal follow-up and administration.
• Internal SIMBIM administrators may view submissions in the admin dashboard.
• CSV export of submissions may be available to authorised administrators.
• Public sign-up is disabled.
• No file upload exists in the platform.
• No payment or checkout occurs inside the ISOBIM Readiness Check.
• No public account is required for questionnaire users.
• Browser storage may be used for result handoff between the questionnaire and the results screen, and for general site operation.
• Hosting and platform technologies may collect operational, performance, or analytics information. See the Cookie Policy.

The legal basis for each processing activity may depend on the context in which the service is used and may be updated as the service and provider documentation are finalised.

Contact permission is currently required for submission and remains under review.

Within SIMBIM, personal data submitted through the ISOBIM Readiness Check is accessible only to authorised SIMBIM administrators using the internal admin dashboard. The service relies on hosting and platform providers to operate the website and store submissions. Further information may be added as the service and provider documentation are updated.

Some service providers, hosting platforms or technology partners may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where international transfers occur, SIMBIM will rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. More specific retention periods may be added as the service governance is finalised.

You may exercise the following rights under applicable data-protection law: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

The ISOBIM Readiness Check computes an indicative readiness band from your answers using a fixed scoring rule. The result is preliminary and self-declared, has no legal or certification effect, and is not used to take decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
