These terms apply to use of the ISOBIM Readiness Check website operated by SIMBIM.
Nature of the service
The ISOBIM Readiness Check provides a self-declared readiness indication based on information provided by the user. It is not an audit, certification, accredited conformity assessment, legal opinion, or guarantee of ISO 19650 compliance.
ISOBIM Readiness Check is operated by SIMBIM. ISOBIM is not a separate legal entity and is not a certification body.
User responsibility for submitted information
When you submit information through the questionnaire or contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have authority to submit it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
No confidential uploads or project evidence
Do not submit confidential, sensitive or regulated information, project evidence, contractual documents, or uploaded files through the questionnaire. The ISOBIM Readiness Check is not an evidence-collection or document-handling service. The platform does not currently provide a file upload feature.
No certification or compliance guarantee
Use of the ISOBIM Readiness Check does not result in certification, accreditation, or any formal conformity assessment. The indicative result is informational only and does not create any guarantee, warranty, or legal advice.
Availability
SIMBIM aims to keep the website available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. The website may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party service failures or events outside SIMBIM's reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website;
- attempt to access systems, data, accounts or areas without authorisation;
- introduce malware, malicious code or disruptive scripts;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- submit false, misleading or unauthorised information.
Intellectual property
All website content, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code and other materials are owned by SIMBIM or used under licence, unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, modify or distribute website content without prior written permission, or use SIMBIM branding in a misleading way.
